I own a dealership and sold Veritas warranties for several months with the assurance that they pay claims. After a few months we realized that what we had collected in profits we had nearly had to pay customers for claims that Veritas would not cover. We discontinued doing business with them.
I had a finance manager change a warranty to a different type of coverage and he did not ever cancel the first one. Now 6 months later, and trying to be refunded for one warranty, because 2 warranties on the same car is not necessary i have tried for several months to get a reimbursment for my customer. They will not refund the entire amount and stalled the claim because i had not marked an X in front of “other.”
My faith in 3rd party warranties are completely gone. Most 3rd party warranties pay out 7-10% of money they receive in selling warranties. A 90% return on investment to me is fraudulant.

OMG guys, I’m so PISSED OFF right now!!! 😡🤬 You won’t believe what Veritas Global Protection just pulled on me. So here’s the deal – I got this sweet Maserati back in March, right? 2019 model, totally my dream ride. Everything’s going great for about 3 months. I love life.
Then BAM! 💥 June 9th hits, and my freakin engine just DIES. No warning, no lights, nothing! Just cruising along, and suddenly, I’m stranded. WTF???
So I think, “Thank god I got that warranty from Veritas.” WRONG!!! These scumbags are trying to weasel out of paying! They towed my baby to Napleton Import (another bunch of crooks, btw) and hit me with a $40K repair bill.
FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! Are they out of their minds??? And get this – Veritas is claiming I drove 4 miles after some warning light. What warning light??? There was NO LIGHT! Do they think I’m blind or just plain stupid?
Now, these a-holes are telling me to file for bankruptcy. BANKRUPTCY! For doing the right thing and buying insurance! I swear I’m about to lose it. 🤯
I’m not letting this go. Meeting with the news on Friday, talking to cops, lawyers, everybody. These Veritas creeps picked the wrong person to screw over.If you’re reading this, DO NOT TRUST VERITAS GLOBAL PROTECTION!!! They’ll rob you blind and leave you high and dry. They’re the worst company ever. No stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I helped my son purchase a used car in Nov 2022. The carfax had minimal issues on it, but i made sure he got a warranty. Veritas which is what the dealership provided. My son purchased Veritas’s (Powertrain Enhanced) plan. Fast forward one month after purchase the dang car broke down. The repair shop consulted the Veritas to give their estimates to include parts and labor THEY, Veritas denied mostly everything and my son ended up paying for the car repairs. The car broke down again the beginning of June 2023 the car repair contacted Veristas and they gave both my son and the repair shop the run around and eventually stated the work/parts are not covered. Well this time he cannot pay for this repair and labor and we realize Veritas warranty is absolutely useless. I’m at a lost and pissed for my son because Veritas duped him. We are absolutely done with VERISTAS!

Susan,
I am not sure why you are posting these private contract details on this forum; this will be a big issue as it’s a very sensitive detail.
You should take it down.
I have researched online that veritas global protection is a scam but should not share this.
Thank you

Patrick,
You are right; I received many spam calls from private insurance and tech support scams after a lot of time passed. For this car warranty stuff, I started receiving a call from the insurance scam that they are quoting me this review and saying we are better than Veritas Global Protection. I am getting quoted a review on Sitejabber but did not submit it there. Someone must have copied it from here and then put it on that site. One of my friends also said Sitejabber scrapes reviews and puts them on their site. Patrick, can you please help?
Thank you

I have done everything, but they are not responding. What should we do? Please help me urgently. I wanted to delete that sitejabber review, or at least it should be removed from Google so that no one sees my private contract information. I am also requesting you to delete at least the contract image I shared above.

Okay, we must send it to the Google legal team for a copyright issue. I will send you an email to resolve this. Please check the email I sent you privately. I have a lawyer friend who works on this type of case. Thanks
