Bmwo is a scam website(buymyweedonline.ca) selling weed online in Canada. If you check for buy my weed online reviews, you will see lots of positive reviews on other websites and that’s indulge me to order weed online.

I ordered half oz of Blue Dream after reading a lot good reviews (FAKE) about their quality of weed. This was my first order with buymyweedonline.ca and I did not know how this company works. They are also famous as bmwo and buy my weed online.

I have been ordering online weed from a very long time and this was the worst experience I have ever had. After using their product, I am out of words. BMWO product, customer support and delivery of products, just sucks. Sorry for using that word, but they deserve it.

There are so many companies offering great marijuana and their delivery and support teams are awesome. When I placed my first order with bmwo, I transferred the entire amount in full thru Interact and was assured that the product would reach in a week.

I received a tracking number. I did not check with that number until it was 10 days after my order placement. When I checked, the number did not work. They did not have any direct number to call, so, I started chat on their website with the support team and they informed that the order had some trouble sending and they would be dispatching it the same day.

I made the payment for the express delivery as the my weed was already late. I was supposed to get the product the next day. But, it did not arrive. I again chatted with someone through the chat window on their website, and he said that it would be reaching in a couple of days. So, I asked for a refund for the express delivery. They did not bother to answer that question straight and said that I would be soon receiving the order.

After 2 days, I received my product. Expecting the product to be awesome, as claimed in many of the buymyweedonline reviews, I ignored the request for refund which I paid for express delivery as the product was late. However, it turned out to be the worst weed I have used so far.

Different to their claim of 5a quality, the weed was the driest pot I have ever used. It seemed that it was already opened and left to sit in someone’s kitchen for months. It was barely able to make smoke. It was useless, and I had to throw that in the garbage for good. This is not what I expected.

After so much hassle for receiving their product, I was dumped with what seemed to be someone’s returned bottle. If not, then their quality is not even 1a. Perhaps, I would recommend cancelling all your orders, if you have made any. You would regret later for paying them.

This is not acceptable. I was very disappointed with their product as well as their attitude and the way they treat their customers. I would never ever order with them. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. It was waste of time and nothing else. Do not order from buymyweedonline or bmwo, ever, if you want a quality product on time.

    I’ve been placing orders with buy my own weed online for a couple years now only ever had one issue that was corrected. Other than that everything has been fine. Enjoy the product and trust that they are honest and send me what I order.

  2. Good until you find something better

    BMWO is one of those kinds of websites that tries to use fit and finish to lure people in with their fancy website. I bought from them pretty regularly for about 2 years before I discovered much better product from competitors that had far more integrity than BMWO. For starters, when I started ordering from them I only ever bought top-shelf 5A, 5 Stars. Whatever that means, their rating system is not universal and is entirely subjective. The end result was 60/40 good orders to bad orders and nothing against the chat bots or the fake customer service reps-that read off a script-but the weed itself was just crap. Like if I wanted pencil shavings in a bag or dried Oregano. The site used to list THC %’s but they randomly took that away claiming customers prefer not knowing. Really? Do these people live in outer space? My interpretation of that statement is now they really don’t know much about what’s coming from their suppliers and if they can’t list somewhat accurate THC potential then its safe to say you can’t trust their rating scales either. Furthermore, they used to list some products as being “Organic” upon further questioning from their reps they claim only specially marked products are Organic but the kicker is nothing on the site has Organic in the description. Beyond these complaints its all the usual stuff people have already mentioned, from the sketching billing, to the varied weed quality/dryness. If you can read the website then you don’t need their customer support unless they don’t send you your order or bill you correctly because all the reps do is read what’s already on the website. That or they will refer your case to a manager who never actually emails you. So in the beginning when I didn’t know what was out there BMWO was great but now that I’ve since grown a brain I realized they are subpar. Like the saying goes, you don’t sh_t from good chocolate.

    the honest criticism customer reviews.

    Their cannabis is loaded with synthetic PGRs and hardeners most of the buds are rock hard and I had about 4 different cultivars have the exact same weird chemical smell, it doesn’t even smell like cannabis it’s terrible quality.

    Bought 1 oz of MAC1 from Buymyweedonline under their AAAAA category. I am VERY fussy and had bought from this site about a year and a half ago and back then it was nice but not for 280 bucks nice. When I got my MAC1 order i was so pissed about the low quality and high price. I did not get my money’s worth. bought their Master Yoda and that’s complète garbage too. For 288 bucks. So now I can see they don’t have the foggiest idea as to how to grade cannabis and are either deliberately or just out of pure ignorance, screwing people over in the process.
    Will never buy from them again.
    If you’re expecting top shelf craft cannabis you won’t find it at BMWO anymore.

    I ordered $180.00 in product from their website and paid using PayPal. I was told to send it to Robert Ngula through his gmail. He also told me to send it as friends and family because otherwise it wouldn’t go through. The address he used was a california address. After 2 weeks and not receiving the product, i tried calling by phone, text and email and was unsuccessful. I called PayPal to see if i could get my money back but they declined my case saying that since i sent it to family and friends and not a business their was nothing they could do. So I’m out the money and the product.

    I have been ordering from this site since right before before weed became legal. I have had half an ounce of shatter and an ounce of bud go missing in the mail and they refunded with store credit so I could re order something else. I have spent thousands here and it is my go to site. That is my experience with this site. Any issues I have had has always been resolved.

    Please don’t order from here. They will take your money and no fcks given after that. My package has been lost and it has been three weeks already. I didn’t get a refund or re-shipment. They keep telling me that they are investigating with Canada post but how long does it take? More than three weeks? You gotta be kidding. Please please please stay away, a very humble advice from a brotha.

  16. BMWO is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my whole life. It started with an order of high % CBD oil at about $250. It came in a tube with a plunger that you rotate to push the oil out of the tank. After about a week, the plunger, when I rotated it, instead of pushing the oil out of the tank, it kept coming off the thread that attaches the plunger to the tank. Several e-mails later over a 2 week period, with them requiring photos of the original packaging and all that came with it, including photos and a video of what was happening, they finally agreed to replace it. Fine. Got the replacement but after a little while of using it again, the same thing started happening. Many, many e-mails later of getting the runaround, including BMWO contacting Viredesco (who made the CBD) they tell me, Viredesco informed them, the reason this happens is because it is high % CBD and it starts to crystalize after a while. Just heat it up and it should work fine. It didn’t but they still refused to refund me. I even sent an online note to Viredesco on their site about this, but never got a reply. We are speaking over a month now since all this started. So over 2 weeks ago now, I told them I would never order from them again and asked that they delete my account and all info associated with it. Each time I sent an e-mail it was always the same runaround. Either they informed management or tech support that I wanted my account deleted. I mean, how difficult can it be? In any case, the other day I received an e-mail telling me that someone had changed my e-mail to

I simple changed the log in e-mail from the one I used to log in to this one and presto, I was in my account again. I asked how difficult can it be to delete an account. I still have received no e-mail from the company telling me my account has been deleted and I suspect all the did was change the e-mail again and simply didn’t inform me this time. I believe all my info is still on their site. I have probably 50 e-mails to them dealing with all this. I’m thinking of getting a lawyer. They should not be able to keep my personal info on their site when I’ve asked them to delete it. Both BMWO and Viredesco should be ashamed to sell an expensive CBD oil in something that will not dispense it with the only solution for the user being “just heat it up”. NO where in the description of the product did it say “may need to heat to use”. This is a short version of all I’ve been through with this company. If you’d like me to forward my 50ish e-mails to you I’d be happy to. Actually, maybe wait until I get a lawyer.

    You are spot on with this outfit – they are a con job. I ordered 28 grams of Charlotte’s Webb (5 stars) and is was rated the highest for THC. I paid $224.00 and it was a bunch of crap! They gave me a promo of 3.5 grams (2 stars for THC) and if wasn’t very good but even better than the 5-A’s. I have had considerable correspondence with them but they deny that it is not good. They offered me 10% on next batch. I’m so glad I found your site as I was beginning to think it was just me and not the weed and I;m in the process of buying a THC tester. and a weight scale. I also think they gave me way more the the 28 grams probably to compensate for the poor quality.

    After numerous orders I’ve never had a problem. I have found the customer service to be top notch as well. I always research the weed before purchase. Always has been properly packed and good quality.
    Now they have changed domains.

    I stumbled across this site because I switched to duckduckgo from google and it caught my eye near the top of the results. Kind of funny that this site does not appear until the bottom of the second page of google.

    Weedmaps ranks BMWO 4.8/5 totaling 1158 reviews versus this site which ranks it a 1.5/5 totalling 50 reviews. Hmmm, questionable to say the least.

    I have been using BMWO for over 3 years, sporadically. They have good prices. They have a wide variety Their top quality bud is extremely potent and worth bragging about. Their shipping is reliable, I’ve never had a package go missing, its only been late when canada post is slacking off or striking.

    I also noticed a lot of positive reviews with 1 star ratings. So are all these people forgetting to click the rating or this site is a “scam” and fudging rating results? Maybe both. But I’d say this site is sketchier than Buy My Weed Online’s name.

    Never had an issue with delivery, across Canada in 2 or 3 days, the reviews were at time embellished but that happens with every site. Read the reviews with many people and you will get the idea. There are negative reviews also.

    I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago. My friend ordered from his account so that I would not have to go to the trouble of uploading documents etc because I’m a first time buyer. My friend made a typo and put my address as 117 instead of 177. Yes, his mistake.. but my neighbor returned the product to the sender. Now, weeks later, I am still waiting for the company to ship it back to me. They have my money, and I have no product. I ordered CBD oil because I’m in such bad pain with my injuries. This is the third time I’ve contacted customer service since last week, and every time I do, I’m given the run around. They are gonna get back to me in 24 hours. The product will be coming soon. REFUND my money so that I can order from someone else if you don’t want my business. They have no phone number that you can call, but they’re just playing game on customer service chat. Nothing is being done. Hugely disappointed. I would have been a frequent repeat customer until my surgery and likely afterward too. Now, no chance.

  25. Check-Out felt illegal so I bailed.

    What I liked a lot about their site was how they clearly state all the negative side effects, as well as the benefits of each bud strand. I was looking at other sites but didn’t find that form of clear listing, the other sites would just focus on the highlights and benefits.

    Only at the very end, when the check out is complete, do they tell you that they do not accept credit cards, paypal, or any online payments directly when you’re placing your order! They wanted me to send them money through an email bank transfer!??

    They give you a 24 hrs count down timer to go through their email process they send you, and their instructions are SUPER SKETCHY!

Why would I bother buying something online illegally when I can do it face to face in my city?!! This is so stupid. There wasn’t even the option to cancel, so I guess I’ll have to let them wait for the timer to clock out.

    It’s either they’re an illegal business or they are trying to evade business payment processing fees and taxes, which I find really insulting considering that their products are more expensive than their competitors.

    What kind of scared me, and should have been a clear hint to my dumb self, was that before the final check out they explained that if I had lived up north of Quebec, in the native indian reserves, that there was a risk of my shipment never arriving due to mail theft and that they hold the option of not refunding me and not insuring my shipment, which sucks because everything on their site is a big expense. To even get the 15$ flat rate shipping fee cancelled, you have to order a min of 100$. That really bothered me because all I wanted to do was test their weed for the first time, but with the 15$ shipping fee, it would have costed me 55$ in total for just a 3 1/2 -,-

    This was my first experience of trying to purchase weed online, and it wasn’t a very good one in general, not just because of this site, but the others as well. A lot of the pictures provided don’t look like good and healthy buds, they reminded me of the garbage dark buds I’ve tried when I was younger. A few times when we were stuck with no options, we had settled for that type of weed, and it was always with regret because not only was it gross, but it felt like really chemically, like it was sprayed with windex or worse, and the high was not clean. So whenever I see very dark buds like that, I instinctively stay. I would rather not smoke than try it again. All the websites had a a lot of dirty looking buds like that, but they also had very bright green ones which I trusted more. What surprized me the most was that I have yet to see any “purple haze” which was always a top favorite here. I only saw cheap knock offs of it under different names, where there were no perfectly oval purple little mini buds embedded into the large green buds, just the colors fragmented and spreaded. We’ve tried ones that looked like that back in the day, they were not favored, not horrible, but not favored. There were some very exciting looking bud pictures among all these sites though! The one that really brought back memories were the few that had a lot of “red hairs” on them! I I would have liked to have tried that, but all of the product descriptions really were lacking. It was really hard to trust anything. All these sites are really “flashy sales” oriented, and not serious, which was why I was so attracted to buymyweedonline because it seemed better organized, but now I’m hesitant in believing if anything they say is true at all. The weed + hash I was going to get were the only ones that did not have any paranoya & anxiety & headache as a negative side effect listed.

    Note: I always try to avoid doing any purchases directly from my bank for many reasons, but the top one is because when I use my credit card or paypal (which uses that credit card), I get 1% back on ALL my purchases! So obviously I’m pissed off when an expensive purchase forbids me to receive my “discount”. Not to mention that this website doesn’t even offer any discount for first time users…. there’s no courtesy.

So I’m glad I did not send the money, because I have a criminal record, and receiving that order would had put me at high risk. For fks sake.     Been looking at reviews of multiple MOM lately while searching for a specific strain and there definitly seems to be a trend were most complaints (no matter which mom) are from customers who placed large orders. Not sure what that means, possible the postal workers are to blame? Also, strangely, most mom have complaints filed against them… maybe its s turf war. Take all reviews (good or bad) with a grain of salt, including this one.

    Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I’m a medical patient and have been buying from bmwo for over a year now. They always deliver on time the quality is pretty good, except may be a few times. Also, the delays are almost always caused by Canada Post, not by the dispensary.

    This isn’t a review on the product but on the company itself. Placed an order on a Wednesday. Took them 4 full days, with pestering and prodding from me, to finally ship it out on a Saturday. 4 full days after I placed my order. And on a weekend no less! I’d been emailing for answers and was told it was the accountants fault for not cashing my payment yet. Got attitude from customer service! I’m expecting my order on Monday, but I highly doubt I’ll get it then. I rely heavily on my cannabis! I’ll be leaving another poor review, on my disappointment of when I finally received my order. They couldn’t even offer me a credit or gift for their poor service! I’ll be shopping for better deals with other companies solely due to this poor experience.     I’ve bought from this site a about seven times and the first two orders that I placed were fairly decent. All the orders after that started to come with at least one product that was grown in a barn and dried with hay- the smell and taste were atrocious. I talked to a representative and they ‘assured’ me that all their product was top quality. I believed that it might have been a one-time-thing but it kept on happening and at the end I spent over $200 on product and the whole thing was painfully obvious grown in a barn. I talked to a representative and they refunded $27 (how graceful) out of the $200. That becomes useless because I no longer trust their site and refuse to order from them again. If you want decent product, definitely, definitely look elsewhere.

    I placed two separate orders on BMWO within 48 hours, spent almost $500. When I received my first order, there was an item missing. I contacted BMWO & was given a coupon code. I received my second order 48 hours later, again there was an item missing. I contacted BMWO and they refused to compensate me. I have a coupon code, so the only way I can get compensated is to place another order with them. ? That will not be happening, so waiting for a manager to reply. Read the reviews before purchasing from this website. Buyer Beware.

    Their lowest quality herb (AA) is still hella expensive when there are much better options online that offer cheaper herb at WAY better prices. This may be the most overpriced cannabis site I have came across and the herb is only good, nothing crazy

    Only method of payment is wire transfer (sketchy) the help and 24/7 support, as well as the email, are both automated so you never actually talk to a person when you order(i had maybe 25 total emails between me and the help email, my questions were never answered, always a general automated response. i tried to cancel my order 10 hours (next morning) when i ordered, i got a conformation email asking if i was sure i wanted a refund. i said yes, an 30min later i get an email saying my oder has been shipped. we go back an forward on email arguments until i get an email and they tell me “we dont provide refunds once an order has been shipped”, so now im stuck with the order. If all that wasnt enough, i ordered a 7g of an AAAAA (Exotic) strain, and the weed quality is nowhere near what its advertised, aka shit weed. Not happy will not order again.

      I’ve ordered from BMWO a few times now. Each time I got exactly what I paid for. As all online stores have a processing period, I’m not sure why people are complaining it took 3 days for it to ship out. Never mind those who are complaining about the shipping times. Which has nothing to do with the sender and everything to do with the shipper.

      I’ve only had one issue which I even hesitate to actually even call an issue, was when I first ordered they had a promotion where you would receive 3.5 grams free. It was not in my order of an OZ. I spoke with Shawn, and everything was cleared up the same day. They added a note to my account and requested me to remind them of it on my next order. Which I did and I got the missing 3.5g on my next order. Plus a little extra for the inconvenience of me not getting something for free.

      I’m a long time smoker. I ordered both AAA and AAAA. They were both better than anything I would hope to see around here. Counting everything but Broken Coast that’s sold in stores. But at $53/3.5g I’d rather spend the $200 – $250 for the OZ at BMWO. The smoke I received lasted me 2 to 3 time’s longer than usual with what’s local. Seeing as smoking half a J was more than enough.

      So I’m inclined to believe that these posts of people complaining are trolls. Considering most of the complaints don’t even make sense. Especially if you read their website and actually made an order yourself.

      Anyways that’s my 2 cents on the matter. I’m Canadian and I’m a customer of BMWO. You should be too!

    I don’t write reviews often, unfortunately buymyweedonline warrants one, ordered on Monday 24th September one of their products, spoke to a online agent through the whole process, preceded to check out sent my money they accepted it great! waiting for my package i double checked to see when it will arrive only to be told it was cancelled and to check my spam folder… all emails sent back and forth for the order process came through no problem, so they decided to use another email address to ask for age verification! while no agent i spoke to through the order process said everything except to send through an age verification ( i would have happily right there and then) you don’t know who your speaking with half the time as halfway through conversations it changes to another person? poor business, poor customer service and what I heard from others their products are of very poor quality anyway I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE ( i don’t care for their response as it will be some BS about how there sorry for any inconvenience blah blah blah we don’t take any blame blah blah blah)

When I made my first order with BMWO I did it on my own and thought it was a good experience, then I got my boyfriend to make an order and it seemed to go wrong, we got the stuff quick but a few days after getting it it seemed we were smoking a lot, we were weighing it out a gram at a time so we knew what we were smoking but we went through the first bottle so fast. So second bottle my BF split it up and weighed it and there was only 10 grams in a bottle labelled 14. We thought scale might be broke so we tested it against sisters and it seemed to be working. So if each bottle we got was short we were ripped off at least an OZ.
    Since one bottle was short and we never thought to weigh them all the only thing to assume is they were all short and to chalk it up to lesson learned.

    1. Hi. You speak french, so I’m guessing that you’re from Quebec, like I am. The legal limit here is 3g per person. Considering the price you stated that you paid was high, it sounds like this website allowed you to purchase over our provinces legal limit, so I think that’s why it was seized by the authority. And I think this website explains how they reserve the right to not insure our shipments. It’s like it’s legal, but not, and they don’t take responsibility for legal details, we have to resist their tempting sale incentives, and take care of ourselves.

      I’m really surprized that THIS is how online weed purchases are working though -,- I’m mad.

      First of all, if you’re going to be transporting illegal amounts of weed through the mail, they have to disguise it so that sensors cannot detect it. It doesn’t seem like they do that, and just rely on pure luck that the authorities skip packages -.- that is an extreme fall back on the bahalf of customers. However, I’m hoping with all of these failures that better methods would be put into course.     I had been using this for over a year without any problems. Then, in late April, I placed an order and waited for it to arrive. After the delivery date came and went, I contacted them to explain the situation. After sending about twenty emails (their response was always the same information…we’re looking into it, we’ll get back to) I finally received a response and was told that they would issue a credit to my account.

    I went on to order and placed my order, but nothing showed up into my account. So i replaced the order and this time it showed up in my account. I immediately emailed the person who offered me the credit and told him of the situation (needing to place two orders because of a glitch). No response.

    I contacted their 24/7 online customer service, which were very slow in responding. When they did respond, I was told that everything with my order was fine and it was being processed. However, within a minute of hearing this, I received an email from someone else who told me that there was an issue with my order because I placed two orders and they needed to know which one I wanted. Frustrated that this had already been communicated to the company in a previous email, I replied back to the 24/7 online support and asked them to clarify if the order was being processed or if there was an issue. Once confronted about their dishonesty, all communication from their company ceased from their end.

    I sent multiple emails and chat requests all to no avail. It wasn’t until I looked up reviews for this site and came across a direct email that I got any response. At that point I was told that over 1000 shipments were seized, which meant that all of my shipping info/contact info was available to whoever seized the shipments. I don’t wan’t the police to knock at my door and asked for a refund. I was promised by this person that the refund would happen before they closed for the day, but it didn’t get sent. I had to shoot off another bunch of emails.

    Eventually I received an email from another person who provided me with the secret answer for the e-mail transfer, but no email containing the link to get to the transfer. All my emails were once again ignored. Finally, the transfer came and when I inputted the secret answer, it was wrong and the transfer got bounced back to them. I sent emails to multiple people at their site, and contacted the 24/7 agent again explaining the issue and providing them with the original link so they could see the transfer got sent back.

    After about a half hour, the 24/7 agent came on and told me that she hasn’t heard anything from her Manager (once again not reading their customer’s issue) I told her to stop feeding me BS and explained (again) that I had been issued a refund, but there was an issue with the password. I was told that someone would get back to me.

    The following day, I was contacted and told ‘Interac is sent to an email like it always is so we’ve sent it to your email of course.’ So once again, it shows that these guys don’t read the emails and just send off pre-recorded messages to their customers. I had to explain again to her that the money transfer was bounced back to them and they need to send another one. I was then given the impression that I was the one who made the mistake. Eventually a new refund was sent with the correct password. I will never use this company again and suggest you stay away as well.

I decided to give them a try by ordering an oz. Lo and behold, after 2 days it was delivered to me discretely, safely and successfully. Since then, i have been ordering from them and i am so so grateful cos i can now lead a better quality of life.
