Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep
This dealership is full of crooks and liarsThis dealership is full of crooks and liars. Now we find out that the car we purchases a month ago, Airpark Dodge never even got the title from the other dealer, have never submitted it to MVD, lender, insurance, and have NOT released the title or loan of car we traded in.
This dealership has the most incompetent, worthless people in the sales and finance teams!!! Management is completely dismissive and nonchalant about the performance of their sales and finance team. No one knows who is supposed to do what and when. Seriously, run away and avoid this place!!!
We have attempted to reach the sales, finance, and manager of the dealership regarding this issue and we have not receive any response back. We have also spoken to Dodge Corporate and they have been unable to give us any answers as to why title has not been registered or transferred. We have attempted to speak to the title manager and no response back.
The dealership is now in violation of AZ statute 28-2060. Transfer of ownership by operation of lawWe will be suing the dealership now that our loan is on the line because of the dealership’s incompetence and we will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Avoid this dealership at all costs! It was one of the worst buying experiences that we have ever had. We found a car that we wanted but the dealership had to attempt to get it from Bill Luke. They assured us that they could get the car from Bill Luke but they needed to negotiate a deal first. We negotiated and came to an agreement and decided to go forward.
We get to the credit app and we told them specifically that we only wanted the credit run ONE time as we already had a pre-approval. Finance states “oh yeah it will only hit your credit once”.
Lie #1 – they ran it NINE times! They even went on to state that even if it runs through several banks, it would only count as one. Look out for them running multiple credit checks without your permission affecting your credit score.
Lie #2 – while we were discussing “meeting with the finance guy”, we suggested that they actually call Bill Luke to make sure the car was available. They assured us they were and that they could get the car that day or the next morning. Great! That was a lie. They never called.
Lie #3 – while signing the deal, we asked the finance guy if we were putting the cart before the horse since we had not had an answer from Bill Luke yet. No no no, he assured us that it was just small detail, they will get the car, they just have to figure what what they are trading with Bill Luke in order to obtain the car. That was a lie. Deal was signed, about to hand cash over and we ask him to check with the guy who was supposed to speak with Bill Luke. They come back and said “oh, we won’t be able to get it till Monday, their inventory guy doesn’t work on the weekend”.
So no we have a contract for a car that they don’t even know if it is available or if Bill Luke will even give it to them. We decided to rip up the contract and as we were about to leave they all scattered like cockroaches that had the light turned on. Dale in finance was very apologetic and swayed us to wait and see if he could personally make it right.
We went home and researched and found another car and asked if they could inquire about it. Lie #4. They assured us they were checking on it. Never heard back from them for two days. Obviously they were waiting on confirmation on the signed deal on a car at Bill Luke which they refused to deal with them on. They finally were able to obtain the other car which we had to redo all the paperwork as the deal had the wrong VIN.
They had the car for a week as my husband had to go out of town. We arrive to pick up the car and there was a ding on the door and they hadn’t even bothered to put on the brake and gas pedal accessories.
There is so much more, but I think you can get the jist that this dealership is full of liars and scammers. Worst I have ever dealt with in over 30 years of car buying. We are in the market for a Jeep Wrangler and we will be avoiding this dealership at all costs for this purchase. If you find yourself here, turn arou
nd!
I've taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Airpark Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler 3 times and the brakes still squeak !
I’ve taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Airpark Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler 3 times and the brakes still squeak ! The 3rd time I told the service mgr. it’s not the pads and likely a faulty rotor. Not only did they not correct the problem (brakes still squeak), but when I picked up my Jeep, the front passenger window was cracked and the plastic cladding around the rear driver’s side wheel well was coming off (held on by double sided tape).
I got the service Mgr. involved and he had the audacity to say “we don’t know the window was cracked by us”. Really, I drop my car off to resolve the brake issue, I pick it up and have more problems than when I brought it in. Seriously, who does he think cracked it – the fairy God Mother ? Their service dept. needs a lesson on how to treat customers.
I will never go back to this place, and two friends who were planning to buy Chrysler products went to another dealer after I told them of how I was treated. Plus you drop your car off for service and you have to make arrangements to get a loaner at Enterprise RAC ? Then wait in line for 15 minutes over there, then hope they even have a car to rent.
My next ride will be a Mercedes or BMW where they give you a new loaner car on the spot. Airpark doesn’t understand as with most businesses, the customer is their boss. Unless people buy their product, they don’t need a service dept. or anyone else at the dealership for that matter. I would never recommend Airpark to anyone, unless you want to be treated like I was and need more aggravation in your life.
I went in to buy a Jeep at Airpark because it is the closest dealership to my home.
I went in to buy a Jeep at Airpark because it is the closest dealership to my home. I ended up negotiating with Ben, a sales manager, because my salesman, Eric, was new and did not know the Jeep products very well. After attempting the hard sell even though they knew I was not buying a car that day, I told them that I would be back in a couple of weeks and went home to look online and think more about what I wanted.
They called me no less than 3 times a day, and emailed me many times. I would receive emails confirming appointments for me to come in that I didn’t even make. In hindsight, I should have written them off because of this. In my opinion, Ben is a typical sleazy car sales manager. Ben’s attitude was like “Im going to offer you a horrible deal on this car, and you’re going to take it, or I will be condescending”.
It is strange that he does not realize just how badly he comes across. I ended up reluctantly agreeing to buy the car because Ben offered me his “best deal possible” on the vehicle and I happened to have returned my leased BMW a few hours before going into Airpark to talk to him. I actually NEEDED a car at that point.
THANK GOD I BACKED OUT OF THE DEAL!! I backed out of the deal because they lied to me about offering the Chrysler lifetime warranty on the car, and, I was pretty sure at that point that I was being lied to about every other aspect of the car purchase. I found this out while talking to their finance guy.
Airpark does not offer the standard Chrysler warranty products because they don’t make enough money off of them, so they have their own (horrible) warranty products. In this case this turned out to be my saving grace.
I went to a different dealer the next day, paid $1,100 less for THE EXACT SAME CAR with an interest rate almost 2% less then Airpark’s “best offer”. I also bought the lifetime warranty. The Mopar lifetime warranty is about the same price as the 100,000 mile extended warranty that Airpark offers. Basically $2,600.00 for an extra 64,000 miles!!
A complete rip-off!! I wasted over 6 hours of my life speaking to Ben and Eric at Airpark. I have nothing positive to say about Airpark and wonder why anyone has ever purchased a vehicle there. If you don’t go elsewhere, you are getting screwed. I HIGHLY question the few reviews on here that are over 2 stars. Hell, reviews over 1 star!
They simply do not make sense given the experience that I had there. The excuse could be made that I had a horrible salesman, but I was dealing with a sales manager as well.
WORST SERVICE EVER IN THE SERVICE DEPT!
WORST SERVICE EVER IN THE SERVICE DEPT! I made an appointment in November only to take the day off from work to bring my brand New 2016 Jeep in for a rattle when I got there for my 9am appointment they said they didn’t have me on the schedule, so I had to re make my appointment because they said they had to keep my jeep all day since they had to have 2 service techs to look into it,
I brought it down on they said that they would call me to give me an update They DID NOT I had to call them 4 times for before I got my service rep Jason he said my jeep was not done and they would have to keep another day. I had to call 3 times the next day to get an update on it,
I went to pick up on Tuesday and to my surprise they said they could not figure out what the problem was, my husband happened to open up the back of the jeep to find the molding hanging off the side of the back of the jeep he brought it to the attention of the service tech and he said “OH that is no big deal” Ummm yes it is a big deal it was not like that when we brought it in, he said he would order a new part and call us when it was in,
Dec 30th I have left 5 messages for service Manager to call us back with NO return call. I still have the rattle and STILL do not know if they ordered my part. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPT I HAVE BOUGHT 5 CARS FROM THEM AND WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN,!!!
I AM STUCK WITH HAVING TO USE THEM BECAUSE ALL OTHER DEALERSHIPS AT LEAST AN HOUR AWAY FROM ME!!! SO FUNNY WHEN WE BOUGHT THE JEEP THEY SURE WANTED ME TO LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW FOR THEM!!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! WOULD NEVER BUY OR REFER ANYONE OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS!!
Worst service experience I have ever had at a dealership.
Worst service experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had an appointment and still waited 7 hours. No communication until I found some management types.
I’ll never go there again, but the place is chaotic and unorganized. This will happen again to other customers I’m quite sure. I’ve never seen such incredible confusion
The worst Jeep dealership in town.
The worst Jeep dealership in town. Not only do they try to scam you with high prices (both for vehicles and services), but their service department is incompetent and rude. I left my new Grand Cherokee (that I bought from Bill Luke Jeep) with them for 5 days and they still didn’t fix the problem. Go anywhere else!
DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED HERE!!
DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED HERE!!! We recently purchased a jeep two months ago from this dealership. Their service department displays the least professionalism I have ever encountered, and we have owned many vehicles.
Tia, their service representative, was so incredibly unprofessional, unhelpful, uncommunicative, and displayed such poor customer service skills. We had a serious problem with our luggage rack that they installed upon purchase, which made an extremely loud sound when driving over 40 mph. When originally installed, I asked for the key to adjust the racks, and all Tia gave me was an alan wrench.
There are obvious key holes on the sides of the rack. Shrug of shoulders from Tia, and “here’s you alan wrench.” Ok…After consecutive phone calls to them over several weeks, (with no return calls or problem solving or advice) to try and figure out the high volume audible problem, I made an appointment to come in, specifying the problem to the service call taker when making the appointment.
Upon arrival, Matt said “Oh, the person you want to talk to is Steve, and he’s out to lunch. Don’t think he’ll be back for a few hours.” (I’m head scratching at this point, wondering why they scheduled me at this time.) He said, “Come back tomorrow at 2pm and he should be back from lunch by then.
This place is the WORST!!
This place is the WORST!! I was lied to multiple times. I did not want to utilize their financing, I was promised that I could use my own bank. They purposely did not put the lender on my paperwork, and mislead about my interest rate. Verbally told me one thing, and put a different amount on the contract.
Can we say dishonest?? When I tried to contact them to correct it they do not care and will not assist me in correcting their mistake. I was very clear when I bought the vehicle the intentions of using my bank as a lender for a lower interest rate, they of course chose the lender that they own without notifying me. Stay away from this place, they are the definition of a slum car dealership.
BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
Just purchased a 2019 dodge ram from them, salesman states in his email there is no scratches or hits on the truck. Received it yesterday, major scratch from back to the back door of the truck,
driver side front bumper has been hit and pushed back more than an inch, back seats 1/3 of it brown stain with full of dog hair. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

We also later found out the Zaktec spray protection is not so mandatory as the sales man stated.
Airpark scammers!!! Me and my son recently purchased 2 brand new trucks from airpark at the same time. We got scammed into the “mandatory” Zaktec protection for our trucks. We both took our trucks in for the first time for the “protection” spray to be applied.
I also had the oil changed on my truck. When we arrived to pick up our trucks they look like they had never even been washed. There were hard water spots left on, dirt, and greases finger marks all over the front grill and hood.
We looked around the corner and all they do is run it through a POS carwash they have in back. We were %100 dissatisfied with result of our experience. We also later found out the Zaktec spray protection is not so mandatory as the sales man stated.
Bad Service
Save yourself a lot of grief, do NOT ever buy or get a vehicle serviced here.
I walked off feeling very disappointed on the overall experience. LIAR!
I was promised a price of 12000 USD on a JEEP PATRIOT. I spoke and confirmed this with the salesman working in this dealership. I was told “Sure, we have a deal”. He even texted me to confirm on the price. I decided to go there on Thursday and buy it straight up.
I informed this to the concerned salesperson. I reached the dealership and told the person about my intention to buy the vehicle. So we started the paperwork and I wanted to confirm once more before I sign on the dotted line about the 12K price tag. That’s when this guy started negotiating on the price. I was extremely disappointed at this point as I thought and had previously confirmed with the dealership on this price.
As a previous customer who has a history of buying multiple vehicles in the past from this dealership, I felt cheated. The salesperson basically went back on his given WORD. I was wrong to believe in them and their HONEST RETURN CUSTOMER POLICY/TREATMENT. I walked off feeling very disappointed on the overall experience. LIAR!! LIAR!! LIAR!
The only person this was not true of is Doyle Buckmaster, Service Director.
Never take your car to this dealer’s service department! I have a Dodge Journey. Around the 1st of May the Check Engine light went on. We had received no earlier warning messages, there wasn’t a drop of oil in the garage and the car had been driving fine.
First we took it to a local mechanic for diagnostics and was told there was no fluids in the engine and it would need to be replaced completely.
My son took it to Airpark so that we could have it fixed under the power train warranty. It took several days for them to agree that the car’s engine had failed. Then they asked written documentation of all maintenance which we could not provide. Lesson earned: keep every receipt for anything you have done no matter how minor. If you do the work yourself, keep the receipt for the oil purchase.
Without the written documentation Airpark and Dodge have both refused to honor the car’s warranty. Throughout this process I found each person unable to clearly communicate and very slow to respond.
It would take several messages from us to get a reply back. The only person this was not true of is Doyle Buckmaster, Service Director.
Basically, bring it in again so we can rip you off for another couple hundred.
Took my RAM truck in twice for the same problem, low oil pressure tripping check engine light. Spend couple hundred dollars both times. Guess what, still doesn’t work right.
When I called and explained that I wanted them to discuss it with factory or have the factory look at it, they declined. Basically, bring it in again so we can rip you off for another couple hundred.
I feel that a refund is due me based on what it cost me and what I still had to pay.
Service dept was very helpful in resolving some strut issues on my 2014 Challenger SRT8 that I thought would be covered by my extended warranty (MPP) and they were not, but with help of Stephen Parker my service writer and others there we came to a reasonable compromise.
My issue is with MPP warranty as it is worthless and covered nothing. DO NOT buy this warranty ask for something different!!! I feel that a refund is due me based on what it cost me and what I still had to pay.
Airpark Jeep! Horrible service department!
Airpark Jeep! Horrible service department! Called my customer service rep said I need serious recall and other repairs and service. I was told too busy sold twice as many vehicles..get you in next week. I say ok. Not an hour later car breaks down.
Call back no call back, no attempt to get road side, told to take it some were else. Now that the car is fixed warranty will not pay covered warranty repairs. Must be taken to Chrysler certified dealership. But you cant take it too Dealership. Don’t Care! My response no more Jeeps. Scott Bird
Bad Service Provide
I bought a 14 Jeep Cherokee in, that I asked to have a tow package on. AAA found one with everything except the tow package so I bought it. Forward to this summer, I went to Airpark Jeep to get the tow package. I was told that it was 800.00 and made an appointment to have it installed. When I picked my vehicle up it had no wiring, and I was told that it (wiring) was not available.
I recently called Larry Miller Jeep and found out that not only the harness was available, but should have been installed when the hitch was installed. In other words I was RIPPED OFF by Airpark Jeep. I will never again deal with them, but will write a letter to Jeep’s regional Manager and relate the same story to them.
Beware of Ed Kulas.
Beware of Airpark. Beware of Ed Kulas. Bought new car. Delivered with 400 additional miles on odometer. Was given no explanation. Found error on paperwork two days later. Called 20 times before Ed finally picked up phone. Refused to address issue. Again beware of Airpark. Beware of Ed Kulas.
Never Again
horrible customer service @ service department. people like this is why dealerships/mechanics get a bad name and are one of the least trusted professions! stay away from this place…
run and find another Jeep dealership not operated by this location – very dishonest environment, rude workers and they “stick it to you” every chance they get! these people will lie and cheat you at every turn. do not trust them! find another place!
Do not ask for Ben Dayton he is no help.
I would love to give this dealership no stars but that is not an option. First of all after I signed for the car and went out to it I realized there was a 2 inch scratch on the hood of my brand new jeep. That was a 3 month long battle for nothing. They did nothing for me.
And after months of trying to get a copy of my paperwork that I was told would be mailed to me I have still yet to receive it. Just got off the phone with them and they clearly don’t care to help.
I’ve called a dozen times and went in the dealership on a Saturday where someone met me and told me they would handle it. Still without paperwork 5 months later. Do not ask for Ben Dayton he is no help.
Good Service
Wanted to share mine and my wife’s experience at Airpark dodge was awesome!!!!!!!!!! Chelsea Herman our sales women was incredible not pushy at all very relaxed and pleasant from start to finish sales manager buddy stiener very easy to work with got us the deal we wanted also there finance manager Robert translavina
very fast in and out by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. So thank you very much Airpark for everything we are very happy in our Mini Cooper
Bad Service Provide
This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced when it comes to the servicing of the vehicle. Brought it in for an appointment to service a warranty item, had the car for two days and had not even started looking at it. Had to call multiple times to get anything done only to wait another week to not have the parts come in like they promised.
All they give is excuses and never resolve any issues. No communication and not pro-active at all when it comes to dealing with the customer. We love our Town and Country but would never purchase from this dealership again and likely would not buy a Chrysler again as a result of the terrible service you receive once you have purchased the vehicle.
BUY DO NOT A CAR FROM HERE!
They are liars and thieves and trying to cover up a transmission issue with all of the renegades until there is a class action suit. When I threatened the lemon law on them all of the sudden there was no issue with the transmission and they had no idea what I was talking about.
However with my experience with different mechanics there they have all told me that there is a common issue with fiats and renegades. If this issue is not resolved I will contact a lawyer. BUY DO NOT A CAR FROM HERE! You will be disappointed with your experience and your car.
Do not do business with this dealership.
Do not do business with this dealership. I have bought several cars in my adult life and never have I been treated the way the employees at airpark Jeep treat their customers. There is problem with my transmission on my Jeep renegade.
I have brought it in three times none of which have fixed the issue. The first two times they “fixed” it without any argument. However on the third time they said there was no issue, and made me drive around with a technician to try and prove that something was wrong. I am a small woman and they sent a large man to ride around in the car and try and intimidate me. Whenever I would note that the problem would occur he told me he did not feel anything.
He then told me that my car was shifting from 1st to 4th gear to be gas efficient which was a attempt at lying to a woman they thought would believe anything they said. When I said I had opened a case with Jeep the man yelled at me to let him out of the car because it was now illegal for him to be in the act with him. However the dealership had told me that they would not do anything unless I opened a case.
Warren Buffet should be very ashamed.
I have another appointment at Airpark on 2/14 for Warranty for my Renegade. I’ll upgrade this after the experience. The last time I was there, I just wanted to shoot myself. Warren Buffet should be very ashamed.
Highly recommend!
Easiest purchase I have ever made for a vehicle. Cameron and David were great! Highly recommend!
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
appointment 7am…for oil change….still waiting at 4:30pm…why even bother with an appointment…better yet AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
I would go back again.
Had a misunderstanding but the dealership made it right and explained the situation. Good vehicle, good deal. I would go back again.
You can see who the other dealer is if you search my other reviews.
Their website lists an internet price but that is only if you finance – go ahead and try to find the small print on their site describing that. There was also over a $1,000 in dealer add on’s – maintenance, paint protection, and tint – they would only remove the maintenance.
I found a better deal at another dealership with no financing kickback needed and I was able to select the add-on’s I wanted. You can see who the other dealer is if you search my other reviews.

Worst service experience ever.
Worst service experience ever. When I called my sales rep (who said “if you need anything, just call me”), he was no help and was glad to have me go away. I ended up taking my truck to the ford dealership and they were great to me. It cost me $1000 to get my truck right, but worth it to avoid the chumps down at Airpark.
A week after buying the truck, it wouldn't start.
I initially felt like my experience was pretty good. I bought a used F150 from Airpark. What was terrible was they treated me like I didn’t understand economics. Instead of listening, they just ran with their agenda. I can deal with that, but here’s the bad part.
A week after buying the truck, it wouldn’t start. When I called the service center, the rep had the nerve to tell me to take it to the Ford dealership and get it fixed. I explained I was within my 15 days and they were obligated to provide me with a working vehicle.
I would NOT feel safe taking my vehicle to Airpark Dodge again.
Took my Jeep in for warranty work. A week later my tire blew out while driving. They left the brake loose which caused it to rub a hole through the inside of the wheel. Very luck my family was not killed.
They did pay for the repairs but never once apologized for the major mistake. I would NOT feel safe taking my vehicle to Airpark Dodge again.
Maybe now you people will leave us alone.
My best advice is to run away from this place. We went here a year ago looking at cars. Could not make a deal with them. Since then we get bombed with phone calls and e-mails from these people.
I have called them more than once to take us off phone and e-mail list. We still get them and they will not stop. If you do not want your privacy taken away from these jerks stay away!!!!!!!! Maybe now you people will leave us alone.
Very Bad
They offered to give us a few hundred dollars back but of course did not offer to take the car back and get us what they told us we were buying. Seems that the salesmen nor managers at Airpark know that Jeep does not provide for tow hitch installation so they had to go to after market. The after market installation does not a cap for the tow hitch or for the electrical wires which now just hang out the back of the car.
I will NEVER go to them again.
I was completely taken by their service department. I had a window that didn’t work on my Chrysler and took it in to be fixed. When I left it, they said another window didn’t work, though it did when I dropped it off. They charged me an extremely high price for fixing two windows.
According to Chrysler headquarters, they charged me at the very high end of both parts and labor. But the worst thing is they said a window was broken when it worked perfectly fine when I dropped the car off. I will NEVER go to them again.
I would NOT feel safe taking my vehicle to Airpark Dodge again.

Sincerely a Disappointed Jeep Owner!
When you call to schedule an appointment, you’re lucky if your call is answered. If you manage to speak with an advisor, takes notes, or better yet, record your call. My experience for the last 5 appointments on 2 Jeep’s purchased new here (3 recalls, 2 maintenance), required a check-in time of 14 minutes minimum to almost 25 minutes.
Despite having set appointments for 4 of the appointments (and told I didn’t require one for an oil change), none of them went as promised. In fact one visit cracked the diesel fuel rails and took over a week for what started out as an oil change…nice! My visits have always provided an unwelcome surprise.
Horrible dealership!
Horrible dealership! If you find the perfect car here, ask to have it transferred to a different dealership… the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! I love Jeep and bought a car from Airpark about seven months ago which I immediately regret. The car was a 2011 pre-owned and certified grand cherokee that had ONLY one key, NO floor mats, and a “softball-size patch” of paint missing from the top exterior of my vehicle (that was never pointed out).
Will see if I get satisfaction
As with other reviews, Airpark Finance is lacking in communicaion. For the past 4 weeks, my credit union, and I have called, emailed, faxed with no responses. This Finance Office, Brian, was informed I had a pre-approved loan with my credit union.
Regardless, he disregarded my request and sent out inquiries to various banks. I received information from my credit monitoring agency that 8 inquiries had been sent out. These were all without my auhorization as I have an alert and none of the banks heeded my alert!
I have reported this to the banks involved and credit reporting agencies asking how this was done And, in process to the banking consumer complaints and the Attorney General for these unethical practices.
I must say that Costco, the referral agency and my credit union have been great in communicating with the agency and myself to resolve this on m behalf. Will see if I get satisfaction
WORST PLACE EVER..
WORST PLACE EVER.. I would not purchase anything there, they do not stand behind their word, or ever return phone calls. they are only about the sell , not the deal that goes along with it.
we'll see how it goes.
I have had a nightmare experience dealing with this company on a used F350 that I bought. I bought the truck on Sunday May 13th. It has a 6L turbo diesel and was in really good condition as far as the interior and the motor only had 89K on it.
My first experience with buying the truck ended with me pulling off the lot with no gas in the truck.. OK fair enough, I filled it. $91. So I let that go because I was really happy about getting the truck. So, I came back to the dealership Tuesday to sign some paperwork and on the way home the truck overheated.
I stopped and had to put 2 gallons of coolant in and drove it home called the dealership advised them of the problem and they said go ahead and bring it back in the morning and we’ll check it out. So I drive all the way from Surprise to the dealership and get there at 7 am and waited in the service lobby. About 5 or 5 1/2 hours later they take my truck in to check it out.
January 25, 2019
I am going to take this up to corporate and as far as up the ladder as I can.
Today I had a flat tire on the side of freeway in my 1 year old pro master. I decide I would go ahead and throw the flat on and finish my day. To my surprise I found the jack but all the tools to drop the tire and remove the tire are missing from the jack box. Even though the list says it’s included. At this point I’m forced to call a tow truck to change my tire.
Tow truck shows up and can’t change my tire because they don’t have the special wrench to drop the spare tire. At this point I have no choice but tow the truck to a tire shop and get a new tire. After $280 and 3 1/2 hours and back on the road. At this pony I’m livid so I call Chrysler and they basically told me theirs nothing they can do and I have to go buy the tools from dealer.
So I call the dealer where I bought my truck and they basically said too bad nothing we can do. This is completely unacceptable and is a safety concern. I am going to take this up to corporate and as far as up the ladder as I can.
I made the drive for nothing. Nothing.
Some of the worst customer service (and I use this word with tongue in cheek) I have ever encountered. Once again they have disappointed me.
I drove from North Scottsdale to a set appointment to meet with Doug for a recall fix (again). Well surprise, Doug is no longer there – and guess what? No parts are available. I made the drive for nothing. Nothing.
So clean up your advisors Airpark other than that you are an awesome dealership.
Airpark Chrysler Jeep has great technicians, efficient parts department and the manager is very very nice. But on the other hand, the service advisors are unknowledgable of the Chrysler product and of automotive service completely the advisors that worked with my family anyway.
His name was Brad and he was terrible then they put me with another advisor who was even worse! So clean up your advisors Airpark other than that you are an awesome dealership.
This dealership supports the negative thoughts of a "used car salesman".
I was interested in one of their Jeep Grand Cherokee’s. Being an out of state buyer, I had planned to purchase the car and fly down from Minneapolis to drive it back. I talked with Damon the used car manager and told him I wanted to buy the car. Throughout the first day, I asked to see photos of possible flaws/damage to the vehicle which I had to ask for multiple times.
I only received them after contacting the general manager and telling him about the lack of customer service that I was experiencing. After getting the photos at of the end of the day, I told Damon that I wanted to buy the car and place a down payment.
You will regret buy here if you need service!!!
BEWARE of this place!!!!!! Service at this dealership is PATHETIC!! 2 month old Jeep, radio not working properly. No support, solutions. Told me we don’t build the vehicles. You will regret buy here if you need service!!!
Avoid Like The Plague!
Avoid Like The Plague! We bought a van from AirPark Dodge 7 years ago that turned out to be a lemon against our better judgement we decided to give them another chance because they had the vehicle that we were looking for. While working a deal on the vehicle it was sold out from under us. There are plenty of other dealerships in the Valley so save yourself some time and grief and shop elsewhere.
This place is the worst.
Terrible service department. I am getting rid of my piece of junk Jeep so I never have to deal with this awful service again. Do yourself a favor and buy your car elsewhere. This place is the worst.
